Snowbirds spotted in Brooksville FL!

The Florida west coast snowbirds held a Region I Luncheon at the Golden Corral in Brooksville, Florida, on Feb 12, 2008.
There were 28 members and friends in attendance. The guests were greeted by Fran Stearns and then Russ Melocik, Region 1, 2nd Vice President gave the opening prayer.
Our honored guests were our International President, Jerry Collins and his wife, Marilyn. After everyone had eaten, Jerry spoke for a few minutes about the latest happenings at WBCCI. He then told us some things that we might expect at the International Rally. Rich Walbridge gave a brief review of the fly fishing seminar he is planning.
A moment of silence was observed to remember Antoinette Petrillo and Olga Morrow, long time members who have recently passed on.
As always, it was a treat to meet and converse with old and new friends, some of whom we only see at dinner meetings as this.
